At each general chapter on-going education takes place to help member communities deepen their call to monastic life. Suggestion were made for the chapter agenda by delgates in various areas that would enrich Benedictine life. Sister Karen Bland (Chicago), first counselor for the federation, led delegates in a process to determine the areas for input at the chapter. The delegates chose to focus on how our Benedictine Heritage in the 21st century shapes our lives and our witness. |
